Shipping policy

Free standard shipping (USD $0) is included on every order accepted at checkout, with no minimum purchase. TUUGLOW currently delivers to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or carrier-designated remote locations. Delivery is unavailable for ZIP Codes beginning with 006–009, 090–099, 340, 962–966, 967–969, and 995–999. Certain additional remote locations may also be unavailable. Delivery eligibility is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Processed in 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 6–9 business days. Carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, peak periods, or customs review can extend this estimate.

When tracking is available, TUUGLOW will send the tracking link to the email used at checkout. Carrier scans may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact contact@tuuglow.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

For a package marked delivered but not received, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then email TUUGLOW with your order number so we can assist.
