A few quiet habits help your gold-toned pieces keep their warmth, polish, and movement for longer.

After wearing

Let the last step of your day be simple.

Wipe each piece with a soft dry cloth before storing it. This removes skin oils, perfume, and traces of the day before they settle into the finish.

After exposure

Follow the care guidance listed for each product. Except for brooches, jewelry may be worn while showering, swimming, or exercising; dry it thoroughly after exposure to water or sweat. Remove brooches first because recessed details are difficult to dry completely.

Everyday water wear

Except for brooches, TUUGLOW jewelry is suitable for showering, swimming, and workouts. After exposure to water, sweat, chlorine, or salt water, dry the piece thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth to help maintain its shine.

Brooch exception

Brooches have intricate recessed details that are difficult to dry completely. We recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or exercising. If a brooch is exposed to moisture, gently dry all accessible surfaces and store it only after it is fully dry.

Materials

All brooches and four copper-alloy earring styles—Lehti (ER-001-A), Hohto (ER-002-A), Tähti (ER-003-A), and Virta (ER-004-A)—use a copper-alloy base. All other jewelry uses stainless steel. Finishes and component-specific materials remain listed on the individual product page.

Routine care

Avoid harsh household chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Wipe pieces gently after wear and store them separately when dry.
Normal finish wear can still occur over time; “suitable for water wear” is not a guarantee of permanent shine or zero care.
