Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At tuuglow, we strive to make every customer fully satisfied with their purchase. All eligible products are covered by a 90-day replacement or refund warranty from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return or refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and properly packed.

Important: Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in undelivered packages or delays in processing your request.

Please include your order number, item code(s), and the reason for your return or refund request.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach clear photos of the issue for faster review.

Shipping Costs & Fees

Scenario Responsibility Details
Personal Preference Customer If the return is due to personal preference, such as dislike, wrong size selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items tuuglow If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped, tuuglow will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs after approval.
Relisting Fees N/A tuuglow does not charge any relisting fees.

Cancellation Policy

Unpaid Orders: Unpaid orders may be canceled at any time.

Paid Orders: If you need to cancel a paid order, please contact us immediately at tuuglow@contact.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval or notice will not be accepted.

Return Address

Please contact us at tuuglow@contact.com before sending any return. Our customer service team will provide the correct return address after your request has been approved.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
