These Terms govern use of tuuglow.com and purchases from TUUGLOW, the online storefront and brand operated by TUUKIT TECH LIMITED. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies.

Design and product information

TUUGLOW products are designed by the Finnish team and manufactured and inspected in Hong Kong. The individual product page is the authoritative description of the base material, finish, component-specific materials, and care guidance for the item purchased.

Prices, payment, and orders

Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is shown by the storefront. Taxes, shipping charges, and the order total are shown before payment. Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. An order is accepted when we send confirmation and are able to fulfil it. We may cancel and refund an order affected by stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, or delivery problems.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum purchase. Available delivery destinations and processing and delivery estimates are stated in our Shipping Policy. To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and wait for written confirmation before sending anything. We review each case and confirm the available resolution, return instructions, and any shipping arrangement for that specific case. One-year warranty

The warranty period is one year from delivery. Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs so we can review the circumstances and confirm the available resolution. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Site use and intellectual property

Site text, photography, graphics, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to TUUKIT TECH LIMITED, trading through the TUUGLOW storefront. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not copy, scrape, republish, misuse, or interfere with the site or its security.

Accuracy and service availability

We work to keep product, price, availability, and policy information accurate. We may correct genuine errors and update the site prospectively. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
